"This hotel is very quiet, with lots to do on the premises. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are wonderful. They have darkening drapes, fluffy pillows, a small fridge and a safe. There are three indoor pools, an exercise room, sauna, massage room, Karaoke and bowling room. There is a casino as well. This is a great hotel to stay in that is in a nice quiet part of a small town. "

"Great room and location. The reception desk person wasn’t particularly welcoming or helpful (it was the first time I stayed there). I had eaten there before but it was night so I wasn’t at all familiar with the complex. Although I didn’t eat there this time, my prior dinner dining experience was excellent. I didn’t book my room with the breakfast option because the breakfast was way too expensive in relation to the amount I wanted to eat."

"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. 1. There was no hairdryer in the room – I had to go to the front desk to borrow one. 2. There was no room cleaning service at all. 3. The TV didn’t work, and the remote control was broken. I informed the staff, and they said someone would come fix it, but no one ever did – even by the time we checked out. 4. The customer service was nonexistent, and the staff had a very arrogant attitude. 5. The room facilities were old and poorly...
